
Individual Therapy:
Individual psychotherapy sessions are available virtually or in person in Haileybury, Ontario. Sessions are collaborative processes aimed at supporting emotional, relational, cognitive, somatic, and behavioural well-being. Sometimes therapy involves a lot of talking, and sometimes it involves movement, art, or other forms of expression.
Sessions are 60 minutes long. Individual therapy is available for people over the age of 16 at this time.
Forest Therapy & Ornitherapy:
Forest Therapy and ornitherapy (mindful birding) can have a profound impact on the nervous system. If doing therapy in the forest and/or birding appeals to you, please contact Alyssa.

Group therapy:
Group Therapy is offered several times throughout the year. Groups typically consist of 3-10 people.

How to Survive Unsolvable Problems: Sunday, August 23rd, 2026 11am-4pm
This one-afternoon therapeutic retreat invites us to get curious together in nature while we explore how to cope with unsolvable problems.
Come early to receive the many therapeutic benefits of birding that morning during public banding.
This retreat will take place at Hilliardton Marsh from 11am-4pm on Sunday, August 23.
Event includes:
– guided hike
– meditation, breathwork, and somatic movement
– group discussion
– body mapping art therapy
– therapeutic writing in the woods
10% of proceeds go to the Hilliardton Marsh. Psychotherapy receipt available.
