Fees:
Individual sessions are $140 for 60-minute sessions. Alyssa offers limited sliding-scale and pro bono spots.
Groups and workshops will be priced individually.
Please Note: It is up to you to verify with your insurance plan if you have coverage for a registered psychotherapist registered with the College or a health spending account. The Northern Nesting Space will collect your payment directly and you will then be provided with a receipt via email. It is up to you to submit this receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not offer direct billing at this time.
Accessibility:
Alyssa’s office is currently located up some stairs, but there is the potential for a downstairs location if need be. Fidgets are supplied, water and tea are available, and low lighting is always an option. If there is any way we can make therapy more accessible for you, please let us know.
